Refund Policy
Clear payment, subscription, add-on, and cancellation rules for Vynra customers.
1. Subscription Billing
Vynra subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected billing cycle. Annual subscriptions include a discount starting from 10% compared with monthly billing.
2. No Refunds After Activation
Once a subscription workspace is activated, payments are generally non-refundable, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, add-ons, extra user seats, onboarding, setup, and manually issued invoices, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Add-ons and Usage Packs
Creator prospect add-ons and extra user seats are non-refundable once applied, consumed, activated, or made available to the customer account.
4. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current active billing period.
5. Failed Payments and Suspension
Access may be suspended if payment fails, an invoice remains unpaid, or a chargeback is initiated. Data may be retained for a reasonable period to allow reactivation or settlement.
6. Exceptional Review
Refund requests caused by duplicate payment, billing error, or written commercial exception may be reviewed case by case. Approval is at Vynra’s discretion unless required by law.
7. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise, white-label, custom volume, or dedicated onboarding agreements may have separate cancellation and refund terms stated in the signed agreement or invoice.
