How Vynra handles account, agency, usage, and recruitment workflow data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Vynra, a creator acquisition and recruitment operations platform. Vynra is designed to help agencies manage publicly discovered creator prospects, recruitment campaigns, CRM workflows, and internal team activity.
2. Data We May Process
- Agency account information such as business name, team users, emails, roles, billing status, and plan information.
- Creator prospect data added by users or found through public discovery routes, such as public profile URLs, usernames, public snippets, country/niche signals, manual notes, and publicly available contact details where available.
- Usage and operational records such as campaigns, CRM status, follow-up dates, exports, and recruiter activity.
3. Public Discovery Data
Vynra may help organize information from public sources and search result metadata. Vynra does not guarantee that a profile is eligible, reachable, active, or willing to join any agency. Customers are responsible for validating data before outreach.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring their outreach, data use, and recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, platform rules, privacy rules, anti-spam requirements, and consent requirements in their operating countries.
5. Security and Access
Vynra uses role-based access controls and workspace separation where enabled. Customers must protect passwords, restrict access to authorized team members, and promptly remove users who no longer require access.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Operational data may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for backup, dispute, fraud prevention, compliance, and business continuity purposes. Deletion requests can be reviewed subject to legal and operational requirements.
7. No Platform Affiliation
Vynra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X, or any other social platform unless explicitly stated in writing.
